NEWS: School Association: Newsletter March 2010 On Wednesday 10th March we held a Mothers Day Service at St. Denys' Church. It was an opportunity for us to say thankyou to our mums for everything they do. Children from all year groups participated in the service, singing songs, explaining the history of mothers day, reading poems and a reading from the Bible. It was a lovely service, which ended with the mums receiving a cake, generously made by our cookery club, run by Mrs West. Many thanks to everyone who attended the service and Mrs Young for organising it. On Tuesday 3rd March, Year Six went to discover what I.M.P.S (Injury Minimization Programme for Schools) can do to someone’s life. It can make someone come back to life, using your own bare hands.
