Contact UsMaking an appointment with teaching staffDrop off and collection times are always busy periods for teaching staff. Staff will always aim to be available for discussion of routine issues at this time. If you feel you would like more time for disscussions with a teacher or the Headteacher you are always welcome to make an appointment for a specific time through the school office. Making an appointment with a school Governor If you have issues to raise about the management of the school you should always consider speaking to the teaching staff first who will always try to answer your questions or resolve problems. Where this would not be appropriate the opportunity exists to contact a school Governor, regular surgeries are held during term time and usually no appointment is necessary. The Governing Body subscribe to the clerking service provided by the LEA. Correspondence for the attention of the Governors should be addressed to the Chair of Governors, at the school. Complaints Parents who wish to complain about any aspect of the curriculum, its delivery and content, should first raise the matter with the class teacher and/or Headteacher. If the matter remains unresolved then it should be referred to the Governors and ultimately to the Local Education Authority. For more details see the Complaints Procedure.
